Choose this service if, before going ahead with the data recovery, you need an accurate diagnosis of the state of the storage device and the likely outcome of the data recovery.

Based on the diagnosis we issue an expert opinion, specifying the state of the device, the possible cause of the malfunction, and the likelihood of successfully recovering the data.

Where possible, we also attach a list of the recoverable files.

Important information:
The fee for recovering data from devices with software malfunctions is between HUF 50,000 and 200,000, while the fee for data recovery from devices that also have hardware faults ranges from HUF 150,000 to 300,000.
In exceptionally complex cases the fee may even be higher. This occurs in approximately 5% of data recovery assignments.
The cost of new components procured by us for use in the data recovery process is not added to the fee.
The more serious the malfunction, the more time and/or resources our specialists need to devote to recovering the data, and this is what determines the fee for recovery.
Owing to the increase in copying times, data recovery from high-capacity storage devices may take longer than for low-capacity devices.
The fee for data recovery does not depend on the capacity of the storage device or the quantity of data recovered.
In the case of Standard Data Recovery:
Upon receipt of the device we perform a quick diagnosis, based on which we issue a price quote (price and deadline) within 25 minutes.
This service is only available during business hours.
In the case of Data Storage Device Diagnosis:
The expert opinion prepared following examination of the data storage device provides our clients with the following information:
- The condition of the device received for examination
- The type of malfunction that caused the data loss
- Whether data recovery is possible using KÜRT's technology.
- If so, how successful such data recovery is likely to be
- The deadlines and price at which we can perform the data recovery
